Climb, wrap and drop in an open-air studio above the jungle, with coaching that meets you exactly where you are.
Fabric and Flow
Silks training usually happens inside four walls. Here the studio is open to the jungle. Rigging hangs from a purpose-built structure with the Diamante valley below and an 1,800-foot waterfall across the ridge, so every climb ends with a view that makes you forget your forearms are burning. Toucans fly past at eye level. It changes what a training day feels like.
Our retreats are built for a full week of progress: daily coached sessions, conditioning and flexibility work, open training time, and the recovery that makes all of it stick. Three freshly prepared, mostly organic meals fuel the work, and your bed is a few steps from the rigging, whether you choose the shared dorm in the aerial studio itself or a private room upgrade.
Coaching is deliberately personal. Class sizes stay small enough that your wraps get checked, your technique gets corrected and your goals shape the week. Beginners build a foundation of climbs, locks and basic drops. Intermediate and advanced students refine sequences, work new drops with proper progressions, and spend real time on the artistry that turns skills into performance.
Many of our guest-instructor retreats feature silks alongside other aerial apparatus, and the studio is rigged for fabric year-round. If your dates do not line up with a silks-focused retreat week, a private or custom retreat puts the studio and a coach at your disposal on your own schedule.
What You Will Train
Efficient climbs, foot locks and hip keys that conserve strength for everything above them.
Every drop is built up in stages, on low fabric first, so the full version feels inevitable rather than terrifying.
Linking skills into phrases that move with the music and breathe between efforts.
Daily conditioning tuned for aerialists: grip, core, shoulders and the active flexibility silks demand.
Where to Go Next
Every stay includes lodging above the Diamante valley and three freshly prepared meals a day. Deposits and payment plans are available on most retreat weeks, so you can reserve your spot now and pay over time.
Common Questions
Yes. Coaches scale every session, and beginners train fundamentals on low fabric with thorough spotting. If you have taken even a handful of classes at home, you will be climbing with confidence by midweek.
That is what the format is for. Daily access to rigging without studio time limits, coaches who perform internationally, and space to work drops and sequences you cannot safely push at a weekly class.
Footless leggings or leggings that cover the backs of your knees, fitted tops that cover your armpits and lower back, and your training journal. Fabric, crash mats and rigging are all here.
Almost everyone does. The studio is rigged for hoop, trapeze, hammock and pole, and most retreat weeks include open training across apparatus.
